Well it has been a month since my last post and I must say I am finally hitting my groove with the new job and couldn't be happier.
I run pretty well all Vancouver-Calgary twice a week and so far so good. I just wish the snow would stop in the Rockies.
I am starting to make some friends on the road that I run with and that is a huge help.
So as I go into the summer I will try and post some pics of my travels

Well no Cath, tks for asking...in fact i will update today. I am on a dedicated run with HR now and not much exciting happens....but will update nonetheless. cheers
